The Matildas enter their third camp of the year tomorrow in Canberra. The Development Camp will be coach Tom Sermanni's final look at the squad ahead of their 24 and 27 June friendlies with New Zealand.

The Westfield Matildas are set to take on World Champions Japan and traditional rivals New Zealand in a series of internationals this June and July.

Australia to play first matches in 10 months | TWG
For the first time in 2012, the Westfield Matildas head into camp from Thursday, 22 March to Sunday, 25 March in Wollongong. Coach Tom Sermanni has selected a mix of established, fringe and Young Matilds in the 27 player strong squad.

Foord named AFC Youth Player of the Year
Matildas and Sydney FC defender Caitlin Foord has been awarded the 2011 AFC Youth Player of the Year awarded at last nights AFC Awards in Kuala Lumpur. The award concludes a terrific 2011 for the 17 year old who has now been recognised at national, regional and international level as the leading young female footballer in the world.
